Thanks for help - removing php generated js forveach map might be difficult - perhaps I can use wp_register_script for this too (although it might be tricky). And including the css in footer might also be a problem.
I guess I have to switch to my first solution, Making an additional setting, disabled by default and only working for shortcodes in post/pages
