Nine to Five is adding the job post before plugins are loaded, so Geo Mashup has no chance to act. It should be a simple fix to delay processing the form until plugins have loaded or later. Your best outcome would be if the Nine to Five developers would add this for you, so it would be included in future releases.

I think the two week limit is fine - this undesired outcome was a result of neither the asker or the expert being aware of all the options and rules that apply to the time limit.

In the end Sanook tried installing his site on a different server, and that resolved it. His prior host claimed the requests were not triggering security fitlers, but we never found the source of the 403 response.
Written in response to previous_posts_link returns an empty query:
I was seeing a small difference: index.php says "There are currently no posts assigned to this page.", but I was seeing "There are currently no posts assigned to this category." Looks like you've worked it out though - something else entirely I guess?
