Written in response to something Lawrence Krubner wrote.
Lawrence, I understand that we should keep the answers on the site instead of asking for server access but how about when the problem cannot be solved if we cannot check the server, WP installation, doing testing...etc? Or when the askers don't have enough knowledge/skills to solve it even if they have instructions? There are those kind of problems that we cannot help without server access and I think in those cases, asking for FTP or other information is acceptable.
