I hope this works out well. WP Questions is great for quick answers to quick questions, but it is not set up to be a jobs board. Several times we have had these jobs posted, and later the person posting the job is unhappy and asks for a refund. I am tempted to forbid this kind of posting, perhaps by setting some upper limit on prizes.
All the same, I have heard good things about Michael, so I'm sure this particular case will go well.
