Yes, I like this idea:
"ohlivia13 is a wonderful asker, I would like to have a system to assign stars (5 stars for her in this case), so we experts could easily recognize these fine folks."
On ebay, both buyers and selelrs have "reputations", so I think that makes sense here on WP Questions as well. Good idea.
