http://padsincontinence.net is about a single product. It's a difficult subject so, to try and keep the reader's attention I have written 8 posts, each with their own heading. Some are quite long.

At the moment, the posts are strung like sausages. Would it be better to assign each post a category?

BTW "Navigation" doesn't appear as a widget my Twenty Ten 1.1 theme

If so you can use the menu builder as stated above, here is a good tutorial on how to use it:

You won't need to follow any of the coding examples in there if you're using TwentyTen, just scroll down to "Using the GUI" and follow from there. You can give each post its own top-level link, or you can create a dropdown, basically by just dragging the menu items into different orders.

Once you've created a menu you should be able to use the "custom menu" widget to place it in a sidebar if you prefer to have seperate menus.

If you'd also like the posts page to be shorter, you can use the more tag to split your posts.
