    You can try the tried and true method of disabling ALL plugins, testing your site, and if it works, add 1 plugin and retest until it breaks again. Then you have found your culprit!

  Try to clear the cache of your browsers, delete cache folder in wp-content, and try combinations of active/non active plugins (that way you should be able to see if there is conflict between plugins).
  
  Loads fine for me as well.
  
  
  Check your wp-config.php file. Delete the line "WP_CACHE..." .
  
  Check your .htaccess file as well.

  or you can delete your plugin and please reinstall with new copy of plugin :)

  HYPER CACHE , this Plugin is so simple on Setting .. and why you redirect your site on :
