wordpress theme for joint purchasing

Hello,
Please kindly advice of best WP template for the following Characterization:

Kids toys site allowing joint purchasing for a gift.

It should word as follows:
1. registration for the site
2. each registered user can open a gift account
3. send an invitation to the gift account for friends (within the site)
4. connected to PayPal.

All steps will be confirmed via mail.

      Every time a gift account is created, also a paypal page should be created specific for that gift with the gift details.
      How is the page for the gift account is created? it should be active until specified date.

    Sounds like a gift registry. I'm surprised to not have run across anything in WP that handles this, I would have thought WP-Ecommerce / Getshopped.org would have a solution. Perhaps there is a way to integrate with this: http://www.myregistry.com/


    Curious to know if anybody else knows of a solution.

      the gift will be selected later in the stote itself.
      The idea is giving the user a coupon with the amount $ selected and he will choose his own gift at the store.

      any ideas?...
