Add More Social Media options to Crius Theme

I would like to add more social media options to the theme that I just installed (Crius) and I don't know where to find it in the coding. Since I cannot find it, I'm not 100% sure I know how to even modify it.

    This plugin will add many social media button under each post of your blog. If you want to add more icon at right side bar of the site and if the theme doesn't support that natively then you need to do hard code. I'm an wordpress expert and can do this for you.
