I am having some huge IE break outs (seen only in Internet Explorer) here: http://hostr.org
Can someone help/fix/advise.

Have you added plugins that use js or some of your own js? sometimes, not closing with ; or an extra , at the end of a js object may stuck IE.
Try disable all plugins and see.
Also - you load jQuery twice - 1.7 and 1.4.2 - it may come from one of your plugins - you should not load jquery twice, you should use only 1.7 (that not likely to create the bug, but better doing anyway). -
