"I supplied login details to multiple experts, but after brief contacts no fixes were offered or advised.

I am very fair payer, and this is the first time I've requested a refund. It is a reflection of the resolution to my problem."

  You have a sort of js error on IE. (your site also make my IETester stuck ..)
  Have you added plugins that use js or some of your own js? sometimes, not closing with ; or an extra , at the end of a js object may stuck IE.
  Try disable all plugins and see.
  
  Also - you load jQuery twice - 1.7 and 1.4.2 - it may come from one of your plugins - you should not load jquery twice, you should use only 1.7 (that not likely to create the bug, but better doing anyway).

  your site is using html5 with css3 , which don't support ie , so for this you should use pie.htc file , I can do it .
