Portfolio singe-item page, slug change and permalink structure

Hello.

We bought this great theme from themeforest: http://themeforest.net/item/ovid-for-business-corporate-portfolio/710654 that we are working for a customer.

As default the theme has nice sortable portfolio layout/function that allows to list different portfolio items at one page and sort them out with portfolio categories.

You can view portfolio at: http://ultivistafi.virtualserver24.nebula.fi/?page_id=16

What we would like to do is link the portfolio items title to single-portfolio-item page and get this working with permalink structure: /%postname%. We would also liketo change portfolio items slug to another.
