Install my wp enqueue script on my WP site

After asking this question and trying some of the answers I realize I'd be better served if someone with expert knowledge could look at the plugins and assess what is the best way to do this.

I'm using a plugin called Impact which i think is messing up my scripts from loading.

I can't imagine this is more than one or two hours of work given adding the scripts based on the answer here kinda worked.
