Changes to my blog

Hello, thanks for reading. I need to make a few edits to my blog.

1. Delete the tag cloud on the right hand side of the blog

2. Delete "about us" on the right, but add to the green nav bar on the top. i would like it to be in a button that is rounded similarly to the search bar that also has the opportunity for drop down menu (and would want to be able to add additional nav bar menu items). See attached for an image of what I mean.
